Life Settlement regulations require both a life settlement broker and provider to be licensed in the state of Utah. Milestone has submitted an application for a life settlement provider license and it is expected soon. Upon completion of this application, life insurance agents and financial representatives may apply for a life settlement broker license to the Department of Insurance for Utah.
