Life Settlement regulations require both a life settlement broker and provider to be licensed in the state of Delaware. In accordance with Title 18, Part 1, Ch.75, Sub-chapter 7503, (c) A person shall not operate as a viatical settlement broker without first having obtained a license as a life broker in accordance with Chapter 17 of this title.
Upon completion of the below application, life insurance agents and financial representatives may apply for a life settlement broker license to the Department of Insurance for Delaware.
