Policies that meet the following requirements should be sent to Milestone for evaluation:

Face Amount: $50,000 - $10,000,000

Type: Universal Life, Survivor Universal Life, Whole Life, Term, Key-man

Age: Minimum Age Requirement is 68 years old, unless the insured is in sub-part health

Premiums: Must not have been financed through a loan

Owner: Must not reside in AK, FL, GA, KY, ME, NE, NV, OH, OK, UT, WV
