Indications of Value within 48 hours of receiving completed applications and necessary supporting documentation
Settlement contracts within 24 hours of receiving an accepted and properly executed offer sheet

Policy Face Value: $50,000 minimum, $950,000 maximum

Minimum Age Requirement: 65 Years

NO Life Expectancy (LE) Reports are required; AVS or Fasano may improve pricing and purchase offers
NO premium financed cases are accepted
The policy must be at least two years old

Authorization for Release of Policy and Medical Information
